Managing Director/CEO
Enoch Israel is the founder and managing director of AYL Universe. He is a lecturer, author, communications consultant, talent manager, and child rights advocate with years of experience working for national and international organizations. Winner of awards and accolades, Enoch is passionate about community service and youth development. He has published various books that promote youth development and gender equality, and also has various publications in both local and international journals.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication from Nasarawa State University, Keffi, Master’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Jos, and a PhD in Mass Communication (in view) at the Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He also holds various professional certifications from prestigious institutions around the globe, such as Careers Education and Guidance from The Open University, United Kingdom; Media Ethics and Governance from the University of Amsterdam; Corporate Strategy from the University of London; amongst others.
Enoch was mentored in music management by the founder of Chocolate City, Audu Maikori, and received professional training on Talent Management from Godwin Tom; one of the most respected and decorated talent managers in Africa.
As a youth developer, Enoch was a participant in the 2022 World Bank Group Youth Summit held in Washington DC, United States of America, and also participated in the 2026 World Bank Youth Summit. He is a member of various professional organizations, such as the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), the Open, Distance and e-Learning Association of Nigeria (ODeLAN), and the Institute for Digital Integration and Blended Learning (InDIBL). Asides from talent management and communications consultancy, Enoch also lectures in the Department of Mass Communication and Media Studies, Miva Open University, Abuja.
Fidelis Israel
Technical Manager
Fidelis Israel is a prominent Nigerian media entrepreneur, digital creator, and journalist. He is best known as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BestXplorer, one of Northern Nigeria's most reliable and rapidly growing online entertainment and news blogs. Based primarily out of Kaduna State, his work focuses on digital publishing, music distribution, and amplifying localized Nigerian pop culture.
Fidelis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Abubakar Tafewa Balewa University, Bauchi. He currently serves as the Technical Manager of AYL Universe.
Eneh Maria Ameh
Operations Manager
Eneh Maria Ameh serves as the Operations Manager at AYL Universe. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi, and a Master’s degree in Economics (in view) at the same university.
Asides from serving as AYL Universe’s Operations Manager, Eneh is also an Operations Associate at the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
